Busy Barbecue Filling is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. prepared mustard, 1 1/2 lb. stew meat, 1 1/2 lb. lean pork, chunked, 1 c. chopped onion and 1 c. chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine all ingredients, except hamburger buns, in a large pot or slow cooker.
Simmer on top of stove for 3 hours or in slow cooker on high for 8 hours.
Makes filling for 12 sandwiches.
