Buster Bar Dessert
Buster Bar Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 regular size oreo cookies, crushed, 1/2 c. melted margarine, 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, 1 c. salted peanuts and 2 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Mix Oreo cookies and margarine and press in a 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
Slice ice cream and place on top.
Sprinkle with salted peanuts.
Put in freezer.
Combine powdered sugar, chocolate chips, 1/2 cup margarine and evaporated milk.
Bring to a boil for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Boil gently.
Pour over ice cream.
Freeze.
