Buster Bar Dessert
Buster Bar Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. powdered sugar, 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 15 oz. chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed, 13 oz. evaporated milk and 1/2 c. butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine the following ingredients and boil 8 minutes, stirring constantly: powdered sugar, evaporated milk, chocolate chips and 1/2 cup butter.
Add vanilla and cool.
Combine cookies and 1/2 cup melted butter.
Into 9 x 13-inch pan and freeze until firm.
Sprinkle peanuts cookie crust. Spread ice cream over peanuts and cover with cooled chocolate mixture. Freeze until ready to serve.
Serves 16.
