Burger with Peas
Burger With Peas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. water, 1 c. uncooked bulgur wheat, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine and 2 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place water in a 2-quart casserole.
Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap and microwave on High for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until boiling.
Slowly pour in bulgur.
Add onion, butter, bouillon granules, garlic and salt.
Cover and microwave on High for 12 minutes.
Add peas; cover and microwave on High for 5 to 7 minutes or until bulgur is tender and liquid is absorbed.
