Buns
Buns is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. milk, 2 c. cream, 2 pkg. yeast, 1/4 c. lukewarm water and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Scald milk and cream and cool.
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
Mix all ingredients, add flour to make a soft dough. Knead.
Form into a ball and place into a greased bowl.
Let rise until light, about 1 hour.
Punch down and let rest 5 minutes. Form into buns the size for a hamburger.
Place on a greased cookie sheet.
Let rise until light.
Bake in a 425Β° oven, 8 to 10 minutes.
