Bunny-in-the-Hole
Bunny-In-The-Hole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 slice white bread (about 1/2 inch thick), 2 tsp. oleo, 1 large egg, 1 strawberry (garnish) and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cut a 2-inch circle in center of bread.
Set aside the bread round.
In medium skillet, over medium heat, melt 1/2 teaspoon oleo.
Saute bread until golden brown on one side.
Turn with spatula.
Break egg into hole; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Reduce heat and cover.
Cook until desired doneness.
Remove egg and toast to plate.
