Bulldog Brittle
Bulldog Brittle is an easy dinner. Made with 8 whole graham crackers, 1 c. pecans, chopped, 1/2 c. margarine, 1/2 c. butter and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Break graham crackers into fourths.
Place in foil lined 10 x 15-inch baking pan, leaving space between crackers.
Sprinkle pecans over top.
Melt margarine and butter in top of double boiler.
Add sugar.
Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
Boil 2 minutes exactly.
Pour over graham crackers and pecans.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Let stand until cool.
Break into pieces.
