Bulldog Brittle
Bulldog Brittle is an easy dinner. Made with graham crackers, 1/2 stick butter, 1 stick margarine, 1/2 c. sugar and pecans, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
Cover bottom of lined cookie sheet with whole graham crackers (break into sections, if necessary, to completely cover bottom of cookie sheet).
Sprinkle pecans over graham crackers.
Melt butter and margarine in boiler. When melted, add sugar and boil for 2 minutes (no longer).
Then pour sugar mixture over pecans and crackers.
Bake at 325Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
Break into pieces.
