Bulgogi-Marinated Beef
Bulgogi-Marinated Beef is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. rump roast, cut into strips, 2 white onions, chopped, 1 clove garlic, 1/4 c. soy sauce and 1/4 tsp. accent, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a blender, blend garlic, onions and soy sauce.
Add the next 4 ingredients and blend.
Remove from blender and add sesame seed, green onions (to taste) and vinegar.
Pour sauce over meat and mix well.
Let the meat soak overnight in a covered bowl in the refrigerator.
Cook the next day in the crock-pot 1 hour on high and 2 to 3 hours on low.
Serve over rice.
