Buffet Potato Casserole
Buffet Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen country style potatoes, 1 cube margarine, melted, 1 pt. sour cream, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Combine potatoes and 1/2 cup melted butter in large bowl. Stir in sour cream, soup, onion, cheese, salt and pepper.
Place in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Combine cornflake crumbs and 1/2 cup melted butter.
Sprinkle over top.
Cover with foil. Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Uncover and continue baking for 20 minutes.
Makes 12 servings.
