Buffet Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 1 long loaf french or italian bread, 1/2 c. butter, 1/4 c. parsley, finely chopped and 1/4 c. green onion, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut bread lengthwise, but not all the way through.
Soften butter and mix in parsley and green onion.
Spread mixture in center of bread.
Close bread and wrap in aluminum foil.
Bake in a 400Β° oven for 10 minutes or until butter melts.
Slice and serve warm.
