Buffalo Wings
Buffalo Wings is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. chicken wings, 3 c. hot sauce, 2 sticks butter, 2 tbsp. vinegar and cayenne pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine hot sauce, vinegar and butter.
Cook until butter melts.
Add chicken wings.
Cook until wings are done.
Remove from heat.
Let wings soak for 1 to 2 hours.
Take wings from sauce.
Place in baking dish.
Sprinkle with cayenne pepper (add more or less pepper for desired taste).
Bake on 350Β° until wings brown.
Serve using Blue cheese dressing as a dip.
