Buckeyes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 small jar peanut butter, 1 stick margarine, 1 lb. box confectioners sugar and 1 lb. compound chocolate coating, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix peanut butter and confectioners sugar together well, then add margarine.
Mix well, then shape into small ball shapes.
Melt coating (no paraffin needed) over warm water until consistency to dip centers.
