Bubble Bread
Bubble Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box vanilla pudding (not instant), 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 1/2 sticks (3/4 c.) oleo, 3 tbsp. milk and 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Bring pudding mix, sugar, oleo and milk to a slow boil.
Remove from heat.
Pull 1 loaf of bread dough apart in small balls and layer on bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour half of syrup over balls and sprinkle with half of the cinnamon.
Repeat with the second loaf, syrup and cinnamon.
Cover and let raise to the top edge of pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Turn out onto foil or serving plate.
