Bubble and Squeak
Bubble And Squeak is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. leftover mashed potatoes, 1 c. leftover chopped cabbage, cooked, salt and pepper to taste and bacon (approximately 4 strips), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook bacon in skillet; remove bacon.
Mix together potatoes, cabbage and seasoning.
Flatten mixture in skillet.
When browned on one side, turn and brown on the other.
May add crumbled bacon to mixture.
