Brunswick Stew
Brunswick Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 boston butt, 1 c. broth, 5 irish potatoes, 1 medium onion, chopped and 2 cans tomatoes, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook Boston butt in crock-pot for about 4 1/2 hours on high until tender.
After it cooks, trim off fat.
Cut in chunks and put in food grinder.
Use 1 cup of stock and cut up potatoes, chopped onion and a little more water to cover potatoes.
Cook until tender but not mushy.
To this, add meat, tomatoes, corn, hot sauce, salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer for a while.
