Brunch Eggs California is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. fresh or frozen corn, 2 tbsp. butter, 12 eggs, 1 1/2 c. sour cream and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Saute corn in butter until just tender. Set aside to cool.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Add cooled corn and mix.
Pour into oiled 9 x 13-inch baking dish and bake 1 hour or until firm and golden on top.
Serve with sour cream, tomatoes, guacamole and salsa.
