Brunch Egg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. plain croutons, 4 oz. natural cheddar cheese, shredded, 4 eggs, slightly beaten, 2 c. milk and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine cheese and croutons in the bottom of a greased 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and mix until blended. Pour over crouton mixture.
Cook bacon until crisp.
Crumble and sprinkle over mixture. Bake at 325Β° for 55 to 60 minutes or until set.
