Brunch Dish
Brunch Dish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 medium cooked potatoes, cubed (peels on), 1 medium onion, chopped (or as much as you like), 1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled (save 1/2), 1 lb. velveeta cheese, cubed and 1 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Mix all the ingredients, saving black olives and 1/2 of the crumbled bacon.
Put into a 9 x 13-inch glass pan. with black olives and bacon.
You may want to spray the pan with Pam if you use a metal pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
