Brunch Cheese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 slices bread, 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, cubed, 1 lb. cooked ham, 6 eggs and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Trim off bread crusts.
Butter slices and cut in 1-inch cubes. Toss in 9 x 12-inch casserole.
Add cheese and diced ham.
Beat eggs and blend with milk.
Add salt.
Pour over bread and cheese. Refrigerate for 12 hours.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
