Brunch Casserole
Brunch Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bulk sausage, 1 (8 oz.) can crescent dinner rolls, 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, 4 eggs, well beaten and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Brown sausage and drain well.
Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and line bottom of pan with crescent rolls, firmly pressing perforations to seal.
Sprinkle sausage and Mozzarella cheese over dough.
Combine eggs and milk and pour over sausage and cheese. Bake 25 minutes at 350Β°.
Put Cheddar cheese on top and bake 10 minutes longer.
