Brunch Casserole
Brunch Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. sausage (owens, etc.), 1 (8 oz.) can crescent roll dough, 2 c. (8 oz.) mozzarella cheese, shredded, 4 eggs and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Crumble sausage in skillet; brown.
Drain well and set aside. Line bottom of buttered, 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with the crescent roll dough, firmly pressing perforations to seal. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.
Combine remaining ingredients; beat well and pour over sausage.
