Brunch Casserole
Brunch Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices white bread, crusts removed, 1 lb. sausage, cooked and crumbled, 1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated, 6 eggs and 1 pt. half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Spray sides and bottom of 9 x 13 pan or dish. Lightly butter bread and arrange in dish. Be sure to have a solid layer of bread. Add pieces as needed. Cover bread with sausage, then grated cheese. Beat eggs in bowl and add
