Brownies
Brownies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 sq. unsweetened chocolate, 1/2 lb. butter (2 blocks), 4 eggs, 2 c. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Melt chocolate with butter.
Beat eggs well in a medium size bowl.
Gradually in sugar until mixture is fluffy thick. Stir in vanilla and chocolate mixture, then blend in flour and walnuts until well blended.
Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. for 30 minutes, or until shiny and firm on top.
Overbake; middle should be fudge-like. Cool completely, then cut into 2-inch squares.
