Brownie Muffins
Brownie Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c all purpose flour, 1/2 c sugar, 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In mixing bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon and 3/4 tsp salt; make a well in center. combine egg, milk and oil; add all at once to dry ingredients, stirring just till moistened (batter should be lumpy).
Fold in chopped nuts.
Fill greased or paper bake cup lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake in 400Β° oven for 18 to 20 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
