Mix together brownie mix, flour, water, oil, and egg. Then add chips and nuts. Drop by heaping teaspoon full on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8 - 10 minutes. Be careful not to overbake. Make 5 -6 dozen cookies. May use butterscotch, vanilla or peanut butter chips if desired.
