Brownie Delight
Brownie Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with brownie mix (your choice), 2 extra eggs for brownie mix, 1 c. cream cheese, 1 c. sugar and 2 tbsp. cocoa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix brownie mix (Martha White) or your choice.
Add the 2 extra eggs and more water to make consistency of cake batter. Cool completely after baking in 2 layers in 9-inch pans or Tiara pans.
Mix cream cheese and confectioners sugar; beat with mixer. Add 1 carton Cool Whip and 1/4 cup chopped walnuts.
Combine sugar, cocoa and butter.
Bring to boil and boil 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat; add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Let cool.
While cooling, place one layer of brownies on plate.
Top with half of the Cool Whip mixture.
Place remaining brownie layer on top of this.
