Put in bowl sifted flour, sugar and soda.
Melt the margarine, cocoa and water together.
Bring to a full boil and pour over flour mixture.
Add the eggs, vanilla and buttermilk.
Mix together.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes in a 9 x 12-inch pan.
