Brownie Bites is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 3 large eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt butter and chocolate in two or 3-quart pan over lowest heat until melted.

Remove pan and stir in sugar and vanilla.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.

Stir in flour. Spoon into paper lined tiny muffin tins, filling almost to top. Place nut on top of batter.

Bake at 325Β° until tops look dry and feel firm when touched, about 20 minutes.

Let cool in pan 10 minutes.

Transfer to rack to cool.

Serve warm or cool.

To store, let cool, then package airtight and hold room temperature up to 4 days.
