Brownie Alaska
Brownie Alaska is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. duncan hines brownie double fudge nut, 1/2 gal. brick ice cream, 6 egg whites and 2 c. marshmallow crème, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Line 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with foil. Prepare, bake and cool brownie mix following package directions. Invert brownie onto cookie sheet.
Remove foil and cut in half crosswise so each half measures 8 1/2 x 6 1/2-inches.
Cut brick ice cream in half lengthwise.
Place each half on brownie half. Chill in freezer.
