Brown Sugar Pound Cake

Cream shortening and butter with sugar adding one egg at a time.
Sift dry ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix and pour into greased and floured tube pan and bake at 325° or 350°. When cake tester comes out clean, the cake is done.
Cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto serving dish.
