Brown Sugar Pound Cake

Sift flour, baking powder and salt and set aside.
Cream the butter and shortening until very light.
Add brown sugar gradually, creaming all until fluffy.
Add white sugar.
Beat in eggs one at a time.
Add dry ingredients alternately with the milk.

Pour in a well-greased and floured tube pan and bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours or until cake is done.
