Broiled Flounder
Broiled Flounder is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 50 minutes. Made with fresh or frozen flounder fillets, dots of butter, of lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste and parsley flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Wash and pat dry flounder fillets.
Line baking pan with heavy duty tinfoil.
Spray foil with Pam.
Place fillets on top of foil in pan.
Put dots of butter on top of each fillet; then top each with several drops of lemon juice, salt, pepper and parsley flakes. Broil in oven for approximately 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown and done.
