Combine the broccoli flowerets and rings of sliced onion. Just before serving, add a dressing made of: mayonnaise, sugar and wine vinegar.
Pour dressing over salad only when ready to serve.
Toss and add peanuts and raisins.
Toss again.
Serve right away.
