Broccoli Soup
Broccoli Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. salad oil, 3/4 c. chopped onion, 6 chicken bouillon cubes, 8 oz. fine egg noodles and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In a large saucepan, heat oil.
Add onions and saute for 3 minutes.
Add water and bouillon cubes.
Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally until cubes dissolve.
Gradually add noodles and salt so that bouillon mixture continues to boil.
Cook, uncovered, for 3 minutes.
Stir in broccoli and garlic powder.
Cook. Add milk and cheese.
Cook until cheese melts.
Makes 12 servings.
