Broccoli Soup
Broccoli Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tsp. chicken bouillon, 1 1/2 c. water, 10 oz. pkg. cut broccoli or 1 bunch fresh broccoli, cut into small pieces, 2 c. milk and 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat bouillon in 1 1/2 cups of water until dissolved; add broccoli.
Cover and cook 10 minutes.
When cooked, add milk, cheese, nutmeg and a dash of pepper.
Combine flour and water; pour into cheese and broccoli.
Cook until thick and bubbly.
