Broccoli Soup
Broccoli Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. chopped onions, 1/2 c. shredded carrots, 2 tbsp. oil, 6 c. water and 6 chicken bouillon cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute in oil in Dutch oven the chopped onions and shredded carrots.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
