Broccoli Soup
Broccoli Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head broccoli or 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen, 2 cans chicken broth, 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese, 1 pt. half and half cream and 1 medium onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Use flowerets of broccoli, wash and cut in chunks.
Cook broccoli and onion in chicken broth until almost tender.
Add 1/2 package fine noodles.
Cook until tender.
Add water if necessary. Cut cheese in chunks and add to soup.
Heat until cheese melts. Serve hot.
