Thaw and drain broccoli.

Saute onion in 4 tablespoons butter. Stir in flour.

Add water and bring to a boil.

Remove from heat and blend in Cheez Whiz.

Combine cheese sauce and broccoli.

Add beaten eggs.

Place in casserole and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
