Broccoli Soufflé
Broccoli Soufflé is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, 1 c. mayo, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 4 eggs and 1 c. grated medium or sharp cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix the mayo, soup, eggs and cheese together in blender; salt to taste.
Fold in broccoli; pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Place casserole dish in a shallow pan of water in oven and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
May be mixed a day in advance and kept in refrigerator.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
