Broccoli Soufflé
Broccoli Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. mayonnaise, 2 eggs, well beaten and 1 c. sharp cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook broccoli 5 minutes.
Drain well.
Combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs, cheese and chopped onion.
Mix well.
