Preheat oven to 350°. Grease (or spray) a 1-quart soufflé dish.
Mix cottage cheese, eggs, broccoli and flour. Add butter, 1/2 cup cheese, salt, pepper and onion. Transfer to soufflé dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake 30 to 40 minutes until set.
