Broccoli Salad Mold
Broccoli Salad Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 1 envelope unflavored gelatin, 1 can beef consomme, 6 hard-cooked eggs and 3/4 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain well. Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup cold consomme.
Heat remaining consomme to a boil.
Add gelatin mixture and seasonings.
Cool but don't let it gel.
Blend in mayonnaise.
Add chopped eggs and broccoli. Refrigerate.
Yields approximately 7 cups.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan which has been greased with mayonnaise.
Serves 12 (serving about 3 x 3-inch).
