Broccoli Salad
Broccoli Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli, 5 green onions, cut up fine, 1/2 c. raisins (white are nice), 1 c. mayonnaise and 1/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut up broccoli fine (stem and all).
Add onions, raisins, mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
Toss lightly together.
Crumble bacon and sprinkle on top.
Refrigerate.
Let set 2 to 3 hours before serving.
