Broccoli Salad
Broccoli Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head broccoli (about 1 1/2 lb.), 10 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled, 5 green onions, sliced or chopped, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Trip off large and tough ends of broccoli.
Wash and cut into bite pieces.
Put in large bowl.
Add bacon and onions.
Combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar; add dressing to broccoli mixture and toss gently.
Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
