Broccoli Salad
Broccoli Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped (may be used), 4 hard-boiled eggs, 3/4 c. mayonnaise, 1 envelope knox gelatin and 1 can condensed consomme, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook broccoli until tender.
Chop it and the hard-boiled eggs. Soften the gelatin with cold water and melt into the heated consomme.
Add this to the first mixture, fold in mayonnaise. Season in amounts prescribed.
Mold until firm.
Serves 10 people.
