Broccoli Salad *
Broccoli Salad * is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large broccoli, cut into bite size pieces, 4 tbsp. white vinegar, 4 tbsp. sesame oil, 4 tsp. sugar and 3/4 to 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Add broccoli to boiling water.
Cook 3 minutes.
Drain and rinse with cold water.
Drain well.
Pour into large bowl. Combine vinegar, oil, sugar and salt in small bowl.
Beat with wire whisk.
Pour dressing over broccoli; toss well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Yields 6 servings.
