Broccoli Salad
Broccoli Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli, 1 1/2 c. grated monterey jack cheese, 1 bermuda onion, 1 small bottle wish-bone italian dressing and 3 medium tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Wash broccoli and drain.
Cut off florets.
Chop some of the tender stems near florets.
Remove the tougher stems and peel the main stock.
Slice in circles.
Mix all ingredients.
