Broccoli-Rice Casserole
Broccoli-Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. minute rice, uncooked, 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen broccoli, thawed, 2 sticks celery, chopped, 1 medium onion, chopped and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute onion and celery in margarine.
Then add rice and soups; simmer low until bubbles start. Then mix in thawed broccoli. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
