Broccoli-Rice Casserole
Broccoli-Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. celery, 1/2 c. onion, 1/2 stick butter, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1/2 c. evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Saute the celery and onion in butter until transparent.
Set aside. Combine soup, evaporated milk and cooked rice.
Add the celery and onion mixture to the soup. Grease a medium casserole and add thawed broccoli in the bottom. Add the soup-rice-onion mixture.
Do not stir!
Sprinkle cheese over the top. Cover and bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
